The Toy Story saga may have wrappd up nicely in a man-tear enduring ending, but that isn’t stopping Pixar from delivering some more goods in toy form next year with their new short Small Fry.
What is odd of Pixar is that Small Fry picks up after Toy Story 3. Woody is left behind in a fast food restaurant where he recuits the help of the Happy Meal toys to get him home. The skeptic in you may think “Why pick up where Pixar left off so beautifully?” The marketing intern in you may think they are purely doing this for merchandising money, but the reality is that Disney do not back McDonalds any more; they famously dropped support of McDonalds in 2006.
So why are Pixar doing this? Well; the Pixar fan in me just hopes they love toys.
