All sponsored links are matched to your recent search queries or the content of the pages you have visited. For example, if you are reading an entry about the Spider-Man movie, the sponsored links may point to sites that sell tickets to that movie, DVD versions of it, comics featuring him, et cetera.

Sponsored links are always clearly labeled. As explained above, we do not determine their frequency or exact placement, and the fact that a particular ad appears on our site does not imply that we endorse the advertised product or organization.
