Christopher Markus, one of the co-writers for Captain America: The First Avenger, has thrown out a doozie of an idea for a sequel to the movie, and it includes a fan-favorite nemesis of Captain America; MODOK. But who would be MODOK?

According to Christopher Markus, who is the best person to take on the mantle of the Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing? There’s really only one person to go to; Peter Dinklage.

While it seems like Captain America 2 is going to be centered around the Winter Soldier storyline, including MODOK is a great way to expand the Marvel Movieverse, being able to tie it into the introduction of Ms. Marvel (possibly Yvonne Strahovski?) and Wonder Man, and would follow along quite nicely as MODOK is created by the usage of the Cosmic Cube.

I’ve been a big fan of Peter Dinklage since … Well, since Elf, really,  and think he’s absolutely fantastic on Game of Thrones; which has to be considered the role that catapulted him into celebrity. If the higher-ups decide to go for MODOK as the chief enemy in Captain America 2, then I can’t see anybody more suited for the role than him.
